2023年4月21日，美国国际贸易委员会（itc）发布公告称，对特定具有分层虚拟填充的半导体设备、电子设备及其组件（certain semiconductor devices having layered dummy fill, electronic devices, and components thereof，调查编码：337-ta-1342）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2023年3月28日作出的初裁（no.21）不予复审，即基于和解终止对列名被告美国maxlinear, inc. of carlsbad, ca的调查。
2023年4月3日，美国国际贸易委员会（itc）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2023年3月14日作出的初裁（no.20）不予复审，即基于申请方部分撤回，终止对列名被告中国广东suteng innovation technology co., ltd., d/b/a robosense of shenzen, china深圳市速腾聚创科技有限公司的调查；基于和解终止对列名被告美国analog devices inc. of norwood, ma、美国bose corporation of framingham, ma、日本denso corporation of kariya, japan、美国kioxia america, inc. of san jose, ca、日本kioxia corporation of tokyo, japan、美国linksys usa, inc. of irvine, ca、美国macom technology solutions, inc. of lowell, ma、美国marvell semiconductor, inc. of santa clara, ca、百慕大marvell technology group, ltd. of hamilton, bermuda、美国silicon laboratories, inc. of austin, tx的调查；和解协议保密版本仅限于委员会调查人员。
2023年2月8日，美国国际贸易委员会（itc）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2023年1月11日作出的初裁（no.12）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止对列名被告marvell technology group, ltd. of hamilton, bermuda的调查。
2022年11月23日，美国国际贸易委员会（itc）投票决定对特定具有分层虚拟填充的半导体设备、电子设备及其组件（certain semiconductor devices having layered dummy fill, electronic devices, and components thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-ta-1342）。
2022年10月14日，美国bell semiconductor, llc of bethlehem, pa向美国itc提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其知识产权（美国注册专利号7396760），请求美国itc发布有限排除令、禁止令。
