2023年6月27日，美国国际贸易委员会（itc）发布公告称，对特定位置共享系统、相关软件及其组件和下游产品（certain location-sharing systems, related software, components thereof, and products containing same，调查编码：337-ta-1347）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2023年6月2日作出的初裁（no.19）不予复审，即基于和解，终止对日本kyocera corporation, japan的调查。
2023年6月7日，美国国际贸易委员会（itc）发布公告称，对特定位置共享系统、相关软件及其组件和下游产品（certain location-sharing systems, related software, components thereof, and products containing same，调查编码：337-ta-1347）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2023年5月17日作出的初裁（no.16）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止对美国注册专利号8,213,970第2项申诉，对美国注册专利号9,445,251第1-2、7-8、23、25、29-30、35项申诉的调查，对美国注册专利号9,467,8383第5-8、10、16、19、38、40、55-56、61-64、68、71-72、80、84项申诉的调查，对美国注册专利号9,749,8291第8、34、41项申诉的调查，和对美国注册专利号9,820,123第14项申诉的调查。

2022年11月16日，美国advanced ground information systems, inc.、美国agis software development llc向美国itc提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其知识产权（美国注册专利号8,213,970、9,467,838、9,445,251、9,749,829、9,820,123），请求美国itc发布有限排除令、禁止令。
